Is this freehand painting on canvas?
Nope. This is a wood sign, using the Faux-Distressing technique that Susan teaches using a stencil process.
How much does it cost?
Each 12" x 16" sign costs $30, custom designs start at $45.
Kid signs are smaller at 8" x 12" and cost $15. (Prices subject to change without notice.)
When a party is booked a website link is set up for the host/hostess that can be shared with those invited.
Each painter can choose their own design (yes, everyone gets their own choice and own design!) and pay for it on the website.
No need for coordinating payment.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, we can take cash the day of the party - just send us an email giving your name, the party you are attending, and which design you'd like to paint.
How many painters do I need to sign-up to have a party?
Your space is the limit! Each painter needs a little bit more room than a dinner plate on a table. (With 6 paying guests the host can paint for free!)
Our biggest party to-date was 76 people! Don't worry, we'll bring staff enough.
Where can I host this party?
Anywhere there is enough light and elbow room! We also need access to electricity and water. Paints do better inside and/or out of direct sunlight.
We have painted in homes, restaurants, breweries, churches, backyards, and garages.
*Be aware it's a 2-3 hour process, take the weather and sun into consideration.
What do you bring?
We bring the blank wooden signs, aprons, gloves, the paints and materials, the stencils, and the know-how! We teach the method, then walk everyone through as they paint.
What do I need to provide?
Tables, chairs, light, a trash can, access to electricity and water. Painters!

How does the "custom design" thing work?
We have a few customize-able designs already listed on the bottom of the design page - look for the "split initial"; anything with a name or date is custom created just for you.
Custom-custom work: Whether it's a quote, a concept, or a name - we can work with you. Email us all the ideas you have, pictures, fonts, and we will create a mock-up of the design for you to approve.
Is there an age limit?
Painters need to be able to grasp sponges and follow directions. Our youngest solo painters have been around 5 years old.
School age kiddos do amazingly well (all that practice listening in the classroom!)
Our oldest painter was in her 90s!
